EB-1 Approval for International Soccer Player

by | April 10, 2017

We are proud to announce the approval of our client’s First Preference Employment Based (EB-1) Immigrant Visa Petition in the category of Alien of Extraordinary Ability in Athletics! Our client, a world class professional soccer player, was a MVP and five-time champion in their native country’s top professional soccer league. The case was approved in exactly one week using USCIS’s premium processing service which adjudicates cases within a maximum of 15 calendar days. We did not receive any Requests for Evidence (RFEs) on this case and we are very proud of the result for a very talented and extraordinary client!
